💵 Pricing & Booking

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on your home's square footage and the number of occupants and pets — not on a walk-through, not on what we think you can afford, and not on the condition of your furniture.

Our recurring rates are $0.08/sqft (weekly) and $0.09/sqft (biweekly). Deep cleans and move-out cleans are priced at a flat per-sqft rate. You can get your exact price instantly on our recurring calculator or one-time calculator.

Is the price I see online the price I pay?

Yes. We don't do walk-through estimates that change later. The price you calculate online is your price — no surprises, no adjustments based on home condition. Transparent pricing is a core part of our Conscious Cleaning approach.

The only exception: if a home's condition requires significantly more time than anticipated, we will contact you to discuss options before work begins — never after.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, check, and Venmo. Online bookings are processed securely through Stripe. For Clean Club members, autopay is handled via recurring debit or credit card.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of your service time are subject to a $29 rebooking fee.

Clean Club members can reschedule at no charge — rescheduled appointments should occur within 5 business days of the original time. Skipped visits are not credited since membership pricing is annualized.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes — we extend a 15% discount to retirees and foster families on recurring services. This discount applies to regular maintenance cleans and Clean Club membership, but not to one-time, deep, or move-in/out services.

Clean Club members who choose annual prepay also receive an additional 12% discount.

🧹 What's Included

What does a standard recurring clean include?

A recurring visit covers all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, floors (vacuum + mop), dusting, and light switches/door handles. We work room by room using a consistent checklist so nothing gets missed.

We do not clean exterior windows, porches, patios, or outdoor furniture.

What's NOT included in a standard clean?

Standard recurring cleaning does not include:

  • Decluttering or organizing
  • Washing dishes or clearing sinks
  • Laundry
  • Exterior windows, porches, or outdoor areas
  • Pet waste or bio waste (beyond normal toilet stains)
  • Anything beyond three-step ladder height

We will clean around clutter when necessary. If you need help with special projects like a closet or individual room, ask us about hourly assistance.

What's included in a Deep Clean or Move-Out Clean?

Deep cleans and move-out cleans go beyond the surface — including baseboards, blinds, window sills, inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, cabinet interiors, and detailed bathroom scrubbing.

Move-out cleans are designed to leave a property spotless for the next occupant or landlord inspection. All pricing is calculated upfront on our one-time calculator.

How should I prepare my home before your team arrives?

For the best results, we ask that:

  • Toys, laundry, and dishes are tidied before we arrive — this lets us focus on the actual cleaning
  • Pets are secured or kept in a safe area during the visit
  • Any fragile, high-value, or sentimentally important items are put away or clearly identified
  • You let us know about sensitive surfaces like marble or bamboo that need special care

Unoccupied homes (move-out cleans) should be free of furniture and trash before we begin.

🌿 Products & Safety

What cleaning products do you use?

We use high-quality, plant and mineral-based cleaning products that prioritize biodegradability, low odor, and gentle skin exposure. We focus on residue-free cleaning — especially in bathtubs, showers, and high-touch surfaces where children and adults have direct skin contact after a clean.

This is a cornerstone of our Conscious Cleaning approach.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Yes. Our products are chosen specifically for low toxicity, biodegradability, and minimal residue — making them safer in homes with children, pets, and people with sensitivities. We do not use harsh chemical solvents as part of our standard process.

Can I ask you to use my own cleaning products?

No — we don't use products supplied by clients. This protects both your home and our team from damage or injury caused by unknown chemical interactions. We stand behind the products we use and the results they produce.

📅 Scheduling & Access

What are your arrival times?

Arrival times are approximate. If we expect to arrive significantly earlier or later than scheduled, we will contact you in advance. Same-day communication is a standard part of our service.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No — most of our clients are not home during service. You can provide a key, a door code, or a lockbox access code when booking. Gate codes and access notes can be added to your customer profile in our system.

What if something is missed or I'm not happy with the results?

We stand behind our work. If we missed something, contact us immediately and we will return to reclean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Please note that heavily worn surfaces, staining, or areas with a long history of deferred maintenance may not be fully restorable — but we will always achieve the best result possible and be upfront about limitations.

✦ Clean Club Membership

What is the Clean Club?

Clean Club is our annual recurring membership program for clients who want consistent, priority service. Members receive:

  • Weekly or biweekly home cleaning on autopay
  • Two free deep cleans per year
  • One free tile or carpet cleaning per year (up to 3 rooms)
  • 20% discount on any additional cleanings
  • Priority scheduling

The first visit for all new members is always a deep clean to establish a thorough baseline.

How does billing work for members?

Membership is an annual program with a choice of monthly autopay or annual prepay (with a 12% discount). Monthly charges are processed on the same calendar day each month. If that date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment processes the next business day.

Late payments beyond 7 days are subject to a $39 late fee.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. If you cancel before completing your full annual term, any complimentary services already used (deep cleans, tile/carpet cleaning) will be billed at standard retail rates and applied to your final invoice.

What if I move during my membership?

Membership is transferable to a new address once per service year with 30 days' notice. Your rate will be adjusted based on the new home's square footage and occupancy.
