Even worse are walk-through estimates where pricing is based on assumptions — the quality of furnishings, the perceived value of a home, or what a cleaner thinks a client can afford. Large franchises rely on overly complex formulas tied to room types, flooring materials, and inconsistent variables that rarely translate into consistent results.

What Conscious Cleaning Is Not
Conscious Cleaning is not a maid service.
We are a professional residential cleaning company focused on maintaining clean, sanitary surfaces — not managing personal clutter or household chores unrelated to cleaning.
Standard residential cleaning does not include decluttering or organizing, hauling junk, washing dishes, or handling laundry.
We also believe deeply in preserving dignity. Everyone carries a different mental load, and we don’t judge how a home looks when we arrive.
We will clean around clutter when necessary, and we do offer hourly assistance for special projects like closets or individual rooms if you need an extra hand.
Why Recurring Cleaning Works Better
Consistency makes cleaning more effective — for everyone.
We typically recommend biweekly service to prevent buildup of dust, allergens, and bathroom grime. As your cleaner becomes familiar with your home, efficiency improves and results become even more consistent.
Monthly cleaning can still be highly effective, though it often requires more time — especially in homes with pets or families that cook frequently.
Our Clean Club membership ensures deep cleaning happens often enough to preserve air quality (including ceiling fans and air vents) and supports appliance maintenance (refrigerator and oven interiors).
Note: freezer interiors can only be cleaned when the appliance is powered off, typically during move-in or move-out service.
