Here's something worth saying up front: we don't know what other cleaning companies in Tucson charge, and we don't check. Our prices aren't set by watching competitors, and they're not set by guessing what a particular house can afford. They're set by the work.

We don't print a rate card here, for a simple reason. Rates change, and a number sitting in a blog post goes stale the moment they do. The calculator on our site is always current, and it gives you your actual price instead of a range you have to interpret.

Why one person can pay more than a family of four

Same 1,800 sq ft home. One person with three cats on monthly service pays $306 a visit. A family of four with no pets on biweekly pays $207 a visit. The household of one pays nearly 50% more per visit than the household of four.

Two things stack up. Monthly service carries our highest per-square-foot rate, because a month gives dust and hard water the most time to build up. And three cats add more to the rate than a fourth person does.

Over a month it lands differently, since the family is on 26 visits a year and the single household is on 12, so the family spends more in total. Per visit, though, the gap is real. We publish it rather than bury it, because it's exactly the kind of thing a walk-through quote hides.

Recurring vs. one-time: why the rate is different

Weekly and biweekly rates are lower than one-time and deep-clean rates for a simple reason: maintenance is easier to sustain than restoration. A home cleaned every two weeks never accumulates the buildup that a deep clean or move-out clean has to cut through. You're paying for less work, so the rate reflects it.

This is also why a first-time deep clean (or a Clean Club member's very first visit, which is always a deep clean) costs more than the maintenance visits that follow. You're paying once to reach a baseline, then paying less to hold it.

Discounts that actually apply

It does not apply to one-time, deep, or move-in/move-out cleans, and we're upfront about that rather than burying it in fine print. And because of the $125 floor, a small home with the discount applied may still land at $125; we show that clearly rather than letting a client wonder where their 15% went.
