Weekly
Best for households with young kids, multiple pets, or anyone managing allergies or sensitivities. Weekly service never lets buildup start. Bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and floors stay at roughly the same level of clean visit to visit, which is exactly the point. It's also the lowest per-visit rate we offer, because there's simply less work to do each time.
Biweekly
The most common choice, and usually the right default for a typical household. Every two weeks is frequent enough that things never get out of hand, but spaced out enough to notice a genuine difference in cost versus weekly service. Most of our recurring clients land here.
Monthly
Works for smaller households, homes that see less daily wear, or as a supplement to cleaning you're already doing yourself in between. Monthly is the highest recurring per-sqft rate we offer, not because the visit is harder, but because a month gives dust, hard water spots, and buildup more time to accumulate than a biweekly schedule allows.
What actually moves the number: occupancy and pets
Every service includes up to 3 residents and 1 pet at the base rate. Add more people or pets and a per-square-foot adjustment applies: $0.01/sqft per resident above three, and $0.01/sqft per pet above one on weekly or biweekly service (slightly more on monthly). It adds up faster than people expect. On an 1,800 sq ft home, a couple with one dog pays $189 a biweekly visit while a family of six with two pays $261. It's worth knowing before you compare a quote for your home against a friend's: same square footage, different occupancy, different price.
When one-time makes more sense than recurring
Not every situation calls for a standing schedule. Move-in and move-out cleans, pre-listing cleans for sellers, or a single deep clean before hosting are all one-time services priced at their own flat per-sqft rate, with no commitment and no recurring billing. If you're not sure a schedule is worth it yet, a one-time deep clean is a reasonable way to see what the baseline actually looks like before deciding.
A simple way to decide
- Kids under 5, multiple pets, or allergy concerns → weekly
- Typical household, want consistent upkeep without daily thought → biweekly
- Smaller household or lower-traffic home → monthly
- One-off situation (moving, hosting, listing the home) → one-time service
