Your items will be sorted and appropriately washed after being reviewed for stains and damage.  Stains and damage will be noted and reported back to you.  Stains will be treated with ecofriendly enzyme cleaners, but unfortunately, there is no guarantee they can be removed.  Your laundry will never share a washer or dryer with another customer.  Your dedicated canvas bags will also be laundered before the clean, folded laundry is packaged for return.

Considering clothing only, the average person makes about 8 pounds of laundry per week.  When you add in towels and bedding, a family of four will easily generate 60-70lbs of laundry weekly.

No problem!  A separate mesh bag will be included with each canvas bag for delicate and air dry items.  When it comes to laundry, we believe in doing things the right way.  Your air dry items will be secure and private.

YES.  Your bags will be stenciled with your house number and initials only for security purposes.  Once you enroll in an autopay membership, we deliver the customized bags and you own them.
